Turn on the yellow overlay (optional)
Click the Dyslexly icon → Settings → Colour overlay. Many readers with Irlen/visual stress find yellow helps.

Highlight text on a page, then press Alt+Shift+R (Mac: Ctrl+Shift+R). Escape stops reading.
